BASH!specialty sugar cookies

My name is Mary Jo Boyd-Prince.  I am the owner of Bash! cake and dessert company, a small dessert catering company in Sierra Madre, California.  I had the desire to bake for years and pursued those dreams in 2007.  I started by first completing a Professional Baking program at the New School of Cooking in Culver City, California in 2008.  My education continued the following year by completing the Advanced Professional Baking program at the New School of Cooking.  During that time I also honed my skills by working at a well known eatery in Pasadena, which specialized in pastries, cookies and desserts.  In early 2009, I decided to branch out on my own.  I am currently focusing my attention on specialty sugar cookies.
