BASH!cakes & desserts

My name is Mary Jo Boyd-Prince.  I am the owner of Bash! cake and dessert company, a small dessert catering company in Pasadena, California.  I had the desire to bake for years with a special interest in specialty cakes and decided to pursue those dreams in 2007.  I started by first completing a Professional Baking program at the New School of Cooking in Culver City, California in 2008.  And then continuing that education the following year by completing the Advanced Professional Baking program at the New School of Cooking.  During that time I also honed my skills by working at a well known eatery in Pasadena, which specialized in pastries and desserts.  In early 2009, I decided to branch out on my own.
